KUPRES 2018: For three consecutive years, Kupres has been a central gathering of the forestry and wood processing industry in Bosnia and Herzegovina!

The Croatian Wood Cluster, in co-operation with the Herzegbosnian Forests Ltd, the Chamber of Economy of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Wood Cluster Herzegovina and the Biomass Association in Bosnia and Herzegovina, invites you to the conference “Forestry and Wood Processing in Bosnia and Herzegovina”, which will take place from 19th to 20th April 2018 in the hotel Adria Ski (Kupres, Bosnia and Herzegovina).

With the strong support of institutions and associations, a new communication platform is being created, as well as a potential for establishing intensive cross-border and cross-sectoral co-operation. The program content will include following topics: education and lifelong learning in forestry, an overview of the best European forestry practices, market trends, wood prices and wood assortments, realization of capital investments in the sector and more topics dealing with biomass and energy from wood.

The conference has been established as a central place for the articulation of forestry and woodworking issues, with the aim of encouraging these industries in South East Europe to improve business and bebetter valorised through exchange of knowledge, application of new technological achievements, additional staff training and better use of EU funds.
